Sometimes lessons are learned in hard ways. Although how much we like we are just creatures of universe made up of stardust. So, one lesson If I have learned anything from the past, it would be to be myself, even when it is hard to do so. Maybe you haven't learned that lesson. This article would be just a reminder when you get your turn to learn it by experience.
We all are seeds of nature. Literally a tiny cell when it all happened inside a mother's womb. Few months later we were born equipped with everything necessary to carry on the consciousness. I would say, lot of things were pre-determined by nature. Consider, DNA, your height weight and complexity all included in this genetic material. Of course, our choices do matter, yet choices would make sense only when we align ourselves with nature. It is like a seed of mango. Although it seems same, all the mango trees, never two trees are the same. Even when they appeared first time above earth as saplings, with its dicotyledons, each one would be different from its neighbor.

I used to see myself as this rigid structure, a rocket crafted to reach one target and one target only. That is to race the Mars before anyone else. However, in doing so, I had to prune some of the creativity. A necessary sacrifice in the name of science. But that is past. Nowadays, I have a better understanding on the inner workings of the mind. The mind to go into uninterrupted flow and create an earnest experience on living, it just needs to align its actions with its nature. Suppressing our core identities would work in short term, but not definitely for years and decades.
Learning to be yourself, brings best outcomes for life.
What is true for me would likely be true for you as well. If you stare inside on a cold day in silence just before bed you would have answers to your deep questions about life. Is the trouble that we face every day worth the course? If it is then, no harm, already you may be living a fruitful life. If not, it is time to change. And when change occurs, let it sweep in naturally like a river. After all, the best contribution you can provide for the humankind is not by doing what everyone asked you to do, but by doing what is meaningful to you. And this cannot be forced. I am sure it is not a pile of money that you are seeking, as I can assure you it is not worth.

After a little bit of free space, and experimentation, now I know, the mind seeks freedom. So, sometimes I let my legs take the brain into the woods, where nobody is there. Away from the artificial race. The moment I step out of concrete roads, into the old fallen leaves, and smell the fresh leaves mind relaxes. It gains more clarity. There is no need to think. Mostly it has dead empty spaces occupied by calmness. I do not disturb this by thinking about work. And that there is the connection I see of my soul with its creator or the nature. Why should anyone deny themselves of this simple happiness. Maybe the life is already perfect, until I disturb its flow to build dams. Maybe it is time you let go of the fear of losing whatever you are holding tight and embrace the freedom which is free for anyone to have. If you just close your eyes, you will know what to do next, and I suggest take that advice from the universe. Do not spoil it trying to be the smart man.
Happy mindfulness day.
